Potato Karahi

Ingredients •Potatoes 1/2 kg •Tomatoes 4 •Coriander whole 1 tsp •White cumin 1 tsp •Black pepper whole 1 tsp •Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp •Green chilies 4 •Salt to taste •Coriander leaves 1 bunch •Lemons 4 •Ginger 2 tbsp •Butter 1 tbsp •Oil 1 cup Direction 1.Peel potatoes, cut it, heat oil in wok and deep fry it. 2.Then heat oil in wok, put tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili and water, cook it and add fried potatoes when water dries. 3.Then roast for few minutes, put lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and serve hot.

Chicken Shinwari Karahi

Ingredients •Chicken 1 kg •Oil 1/2 cup •Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp •Yogurt 1/4 cup •Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup •Chopped tomatoes 2 cups •Salt 1 tsp •Red chili powder 2 tsp •Crushed coriander seeds 2 tsp •Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp •Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp •Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish •Green chilies slice for garnish •Ginger julienne for garnish •Karahi masala powder for garnish Method 1.Heat oil in wok and stir fry chopped onion until light golden. 2.Now put ginger garlic paste and stir for 1-2 minutes. 3.Then add chicken and stir it slightly for 3-4 minutes. 4.Then put tomatoes with salt, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and 1/2 cup water and simmer it for 25-30 minutes until chicken tender. 5.Now add yogurt and chopped green chilies and mix for 5-6 minutes till oil separates. 6.Then put coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger and karahi masala powder
