Chicken Shinwari Karahi

Ingredients


•Chicken 1 kg
•Oil 1/2 cup
•Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
•Yogurt 1/4 cup
•Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
•Chopped tomatoes 2 cups
•Salt 1 tsp
•Red chili powder 2 tsp
•Crushed coriander seeds 2 tsp
•Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
•Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
•Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
•Green chilies slice for garnish
•Ginger julienne for garnish
•Karahi masala powder for garnish


Method


1.Heat oil in wok and stir fry chopped onion until light golden.
2.Now put ginger garlic paste and stir for 1-2 minutes.
3.Then add chicken and stir it slightly for 3-4 minutes.
4.Then put tomatoes with salt, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and 1/2 cup water and simmer it for 25-30 minutes until chicken tender.
5.Now add yogurt and chopped green chilies and mix for 5-6 minutes till oil separates.

6.Then put coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger and karahi masala powder
