Tomato Bhujia

Tomatoes ½ kg
Chopped onion 1 cup
Salt ¾ tsp
Black seed (Kalonji) ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp (heaped)
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Garlic 1 tsp

Directions

1. Heat oil and fry onion light golden.
2. Add black seed (kalonji) with all the seasonings and chopped tomatoes.
3. Cover and cook till water dries, lastly add coriander leaves and remove.
