Ginger Lassi

Ingredients

2 cups of Plain Yogurt
2 cups of Chilled Water
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp.Ginger Powder (Adrak Powder)
½ tsp. Cumin Powder (Pisa Zeera)

Method

Mix the water, plain yogurt , ginger powder, and sugar in a blender until thoroughly combined.Serve in tall glasses, sprinkled with the cumin powder.

Note: Yield: 2-3 Servings, Preparation Time:15 Minutes
