Afghan Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken breast ½ kg
AGarlic cloves 5 (ground)
Curd 2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Salt to taste
Chaat masala to taste
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

1.Mix all the ingredients of the marinate together very well in a bowl.
2.Refrigerate overnight.
3.Remove the chicken from the marinadeand grill for ten minutes on each side or till it cooked well
4.Sprinkle chat masala, lemon juice and serve hot.
