Anardana Chutney

Ingredients

2 cups Fresh pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon juice
2 tbsp light Brown sugar
1 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp peeled, minced Ginger
Salt to taste

Method

1.In a processor, process the pomegranateseeds, lemon juice, brown sugar, chaat masala and ginger into coarse paste.
2.Mix salt to the chutney and refrigerate.
3.Serve chilled with grilled chicken.
