Haider Abadi Tala hua Gosht

Ingredients

Undercut meat ½ kg (cubed)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Mint leaves and lemon wedges for garnish

Directions

1.Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, meat tenderizer and salt. Marinade meat with the above spices and leave for 1 hour.
2.Heat oil in deep pan and fry meat on high flame.
3.Add ½ cup water in meat. Cover and cook on slow flame until meat tender and water dries.
4.Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges and serves with mint dip.
