Easy Chicken Fry

Ingredients

Chicken - 500 gms
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Salt
Oil to deep fry

Preparation

1. Cut the chicken to small pieces and marinate with ingredients listed as item 2 for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken peices till it is cooked and gets a brown colour. Adding curry leaves along with the chicken while frying gives a different aroma to this. You may also fry green chillies along with chicken.Serve hot. Sprinkle a little lemon juice if you like.
